Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

When you request estimates, we share your move details — route, home size, and date — with the licensed movers in our network so they can price your move. Under California law and several other state laws, that sharing can count as a sale or sharing of personal information. You can opt out.

What happens when you request quotes

We share your move — two ZIP codes, the size of the home, and a date — with the licensed movers in our network so they can price it. Your name, phone, and email go only to our moving team, which we run with our affiliated mover, Global Elegance Moving and Logistics. The other movers listed here never receive them.

The featured movers on our home page are our top picks and affiliated movers in our network, and our moving team gets rates from the licensed movers in our network. Global Elegance Moving and Logistics shares ownership with 8 Top Movers. Sharing your move details with the movers in our network is the “sale or sharing” this page lets you opt out of. We do not sell your contact details to data brokers or to an open marketplace.

For counsel review — Changed September 2026. This section used to say we never send your name, phone, or email to moving companies. It now says those details go to our moving team, which runs with Global Elegance Moving and Logistics, a listed mover under common ownership, and it describes the featured movers and how our moving team gets rates in the same words as the site’s disclosure. Confirm whether sharing move details so our moving team can get rates is a sale or sharing under the state laws that apply; whether this page should name the licensed movers in our network rather than only the movers we list; whether the transfer to Global Elegance is itself a sale or sharing this opt-out must cover; and what opting out does to a request our moving team is already working.

What opting out does — and does not do

It stops us sharing your move details with movers in the future.
It does not retrieve move details already sent to a company that priced an earlier request — contact that company directly to exercise your rights with them.

We honor requests from authorized agents acting for you, and we will never treat you differently for opting out.
